The electric water pump, available for installation in non-idling vehicles and hybrid cars, circulates engine-cooling water for heating, even while the engine is stopped.

● Stepping Motor for Variable Nozzle Turbocharger
The stepping motor for variable nozzle turbocharger is installed in a diesel turbo control system, which improves the low-speed torque of the engine and assists the EGR control. The motor activates the exhaust nozzle, thereby contributing to low emissions and better fuel efficiency.

● Power Window Motor with Jam Protection,
The power window motor senses if a window is closing on an object such as a hand or a bag. When the motor senses such an object, it automatically stops and lowers the window.

● Pressure Perception Sensor with Jam Protection for Power Rear Door,
The pressure perception sensor is installed in a power rear door system or a power sliding door system. If an object is caught in the rear door, ASMO's sensor automatically stops the door from closing.

● Electronic Variable Gear Ratio Steering Motor
ASMO has developed a small, highly responsive, high-output brushless control motor, for the world's first electronic variable gear ratio steering.

Variable gear ratio steering continuously adjusts the ratio of the steering angle to the turning angle of the front wheels in relation to the running speed of the vehicle.

During low speeds, the system turns the wheels at a wider angle with minimal operation of the steering wheel, making it easier to turn the steering wheel when parking. During medium and high speeds, the system turns the wheels at a narrower angle, improving running stability.

When there are different road surfaces under each tire in a braking situation, variable gear ratio steering allows the driver to make adjustments and achieve stability through slight turns of the steering wheel.
